Third Party Links & External Content MusicSold.com™ displays links to: Streaming platforms Record label pages Artist websites Distributor pages These third party platforms are not controlled by MusicSold.com™. We are not responsible for: Their content Their privacy practices Their availability All third party music, images, and media remain the property of the direct record labels and rights  holders listed on MusicSold.com™.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Content All platform created content—including branding, layout, design, and written materials—is owned by  MusicSold.com™.

7.2 Artist & Label Content All music, images, artwork, and promotional materials displayed on MusicSold.com™ are owned by  the respective record labels, distributors, or rights holders. MusicSold.com™ does not claim ownership of third party content.

8. Prohibited Activities Users may not: Upload unauthorized copyrighted material Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform Impersonate artists, labels, or rights holders Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content without permission Violation may result in account termination or legal action.

9. Payments & Fees Some promotional services or listing options may require payment. By purchasing any service, you  agree to: Provide accurate billing information Authorize MusicSold.com™ to process payments Acknowledge that all fees are non refundable unless otherwise stated.
